LEEA SpecSC carries out the certification of electrical power engineering specialists in the following spheres:
In the non-regulated sphere each field is applied with certain certification directions (see Table of accredited certification directions and fields).
The certificate in a non-regulated sphere defines the correspondent direction where an applicant certifies his/her competence. The certificate in non-regulated sphere is issued for 5 years, and fee for the certification service is determined by LEEA SpecSC in accordance with regulations.
LEEA SpecSC regularly supervises the certified personnel in non-regulated sphere. Not more often than once a year and not less than once every 2.5 years the certified personnel fill in the questionnaire developed by SpecSC and submit it to SpecSC, indicating the changes in the workplace or positions occurred after certification, the list of the main tasks performed and professional development.
