For the receiving, prolongation of certificate, enhancement of the working field in non-regulated sphere the applicant should submit:

1. Application for the certificate receiving or prolongation here;
2. Certified copies of diplomas or/and other documents about education;
3. Certified list of activities in the field correspondent to the certificate, speciality and working sphere - formand sample;
4. In the case of application for Measurement and verification of technical parameters of electrical equipment certificate 2 certified protocols of measurements of technical parameters of electrical equipment are to be submitted.
5. Copy of electric safety certificate (if required in the selected certification sphere);
6. 6. Documents confirming professional development (certificates, acknowledgements, etc.);

The application and documents attached can be submitted:

• via mail or personally at LEEA SpecSC, Šmerļa str. 1, Riga.
• By e-mail signed the documents with secure electronic signature.
